Shoreline access is quickly getting bad onto the Red River and all the tribs.Exercise extrem caution when testing this late river ice. DO NOT try to access over know deeper water as the current is thinning the ice quickly. If you go down there, it's not going to be easy to get out..if at all.
Be very careful if you feel must try it...very careful!!!
