Red River (North) - Friday, August 12, 2011

Red is going back down so I took the family out.  We used frogs and cut goldeye.  Could not get a bite on the Goldeye but the frogs were hopping.  My boys landing two nice fish on the photo page of 11 Lbs 2 oz and the other was 9 lbs 4 oz.  Then some small fish as well.  The frogs were so big that we had a hard time getting a hook in the fish.  We misse about 10 fish.  Fished slow water in right after corners and the fish were stacked in there.  Only had about hour and half so it was a great night.
