Reasonably Priced Private land DIY access, Semi-guided, or Guided Hunting

There is no question that 20% of the hunters hunt private land and take 80% of the game. If public land lack of success, or small animals, or many, many hours of hunting, not to mention the lack of safety and putting up with all of the A Holes that are there because no one will let them on THEIR land to hunt.
I have big whitetail huntis in Minnesota along with 34 other states, and not just whitetail deer but mule deer, elk, antelope, moose, bear and on and on.
