Im looking for a good lake in the DL area to hook into a few eyes. What is a good lake around the area. I have a small 14 foot boat so a smaller lake would be best( I wouldnt wanna venture to far around pelican) I have heard boyer lake has walleye but i hear mixed feelings about that lake.

Got a report from a buddy that did well yesterday on pelican. He was pitching jigs and cranks near emerging weeds. Caught several that were over 22 inches.
